My Approach
Collaborative
The best workout program is the one that you are actually going to do, with training sessions that work for you. I will collaborate with you to find a session frequency that works for you, finding exercises that you enjoy doing, with a style of session that works for you.
Inclusive
I approach fitness under the assumption that we all are meant to move and we all can become athletes. Whatever your unique needs or exercise background, I am here to make you feel welcome and comfortable working out to build strength and your confidence.
Individualized
Everyone has different goals. I have a diverse background in fitness including experience with martial arts, weight lifting, seniors, beginners, and high level athletes. Your workout program will be individualized to you and your specialized needs.
The Logistics
Session Fee: $135 for 45 min or 1 hour sessions
Sessions can take place at a location of your choosing: your home, your building or neighborhood gym, in a park, or at Befitnyc gym @ 2726 Broadway.
Sessions at gyms that charge trainers a fee to use the space may incur an additional charge.

Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long and cost $135. This can be paid by zelle, cheque, or cash.

This is up to you! I have some clients who just want a few sessions to build up confidence and then want a program to work on independently. That is fine! I have many more clients who find an ongoing relationship to be very beneficial to their journey. We will adjust your program as needed to get you as strong as you can be. I also offer a lifting club that can provide a sustainable, affordable way to continue your lifting journey in addition to, or instead of, personal training sessions.
